After a rainy winter and some construction at my house, my windows were dirty. I always thought I could clean them myself, however I just never had the time for it. I stumbled upon Thriving Homes Window Cleaning on instagram. Ivan came out with his brother Alex, both really tall guys so they didn’t have to use a ladder :) Finished the job quick and efficiently. We did a final walkthrough, everything was spotless. I would highly recommend to everyone.
Ivan from Thriving Homes cleaned my windows today. He was on time, very courteous, and got right to work. He was very detail-oriented and careful in getting our screens off the windows and back on. He explained that our screens were kind of old and frail, so he couldn't use his screen-cleaning machine on them, but he adapted and washed them by hand instead. He cleaned the channels between screen and window very thoroughly and carefully. Ivan asked me to inspect his work before he left, and touched up one window that was a little bit streaky. I noticed that he even cleaned the window on my shed, which I wasn't expecting at all. Now everything looks amazing! It was a very positive experience. I highly recommend Ivan and Thriving Homes for window cleaning!

After seeing a sign in my neighborhood, I decided to give Gutter Bros a call. They came right over, gave me a quote, I asked them if they could do it that day, took before and after pictures of the job, and were finished by the time I got home from my errands. Super work guys! If your roof is dirty call them! I came across a Thriving Homes ad online and reached out and got a message immediately for scheduling an estimate for washing our roof and windows. Ivan showed up and was very thorough in explaining everything and his pricing structure was very competitive compared to all other companies. His system is simple and extremely effective. He removed all off the moss off our roof, blew everything clean, applied an oxygen bleach soft wash, and then rinsed. Our roof is night and day different and looks so clean now! Soft washing is gentled and effective compared to the harshness of pressure washing that can damage your concrete tiles. I highly recommend working with Ivan to get your roof cleaned. He takes a lot of care in what he is doing. 5 star service! Will hire him again!
